Administrative Office Assistant/ Support - Full Time

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and teachable Office and Logistics Assistant/ Support person to join our team full-time. This position combines administrative clerical duties with logistics coordination. Handling tasks like office operations, inventory tracking, order processing and arranging shipments. This role is essential to keeping our fast-paced operation running smoothly while supporting our client procurement team with day-to-day tasks and longer-term organization. No day will look the same. Key Responsibilities: Data entry and basic administrative tasks Adjusting Inventory levels, create work orders, printing build reports, assist in booking incoming/outgoing shipments and communicate with warehouse staff. Support Sales Staff with clerical duties such as sales reports, confirmations and sales logging Math conversions (we will train you) Managing email communication and document formatting Quality control and light inventory/order tracking Errands and general office support as needed. Monitoring and ordering office supplies Supporting Customer Service and order fulfillment tasks What We're Looking For: Strong multitasking ability and willingness to learn Basic math comfort and sharp attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Docs Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude Dependability and professional communication style Details: Full-time position (M-F) Starting wage: $25.00 Opportunities for growth and development Casual but focused work environment If you're ready to jump in, grow with us, and be key part of our team, we'd love to hear from you.
