The Network Administrator will monitor, maintain, and optimize the organization’s computer networks, ensuring seamless network operations and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring network hardware, troubleshooting connectivity issues, managing network performance, implementing updates, and ensuring data backups. This position plays a vital role in resolving technical issues and supporting end-users to maintain uninterrupted business operations.QualificationsNetwork Management and Troubleshooting: Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as diagnosing network performance issues.System Administration: Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization technologies, and maintaining system security and integrity.Network Security: Understanding of firewall configurations, VPN, intrusion detection, and prevention protocols to safeguard systems and data.Technical Support: Ability to provide end-user support, solve connectivity issues, and ensure seamless network functionality.Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.Relevant Experience: Previous experience working as a Network Administrator, System Administrator, or related role is highly desirable.Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are advantageous.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
