Showcase creativity and innovation while maintaining a balance of classic and contemporary mixology.\nQuality Control: Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in every cocktail crafted. Ensure that all beverages meet Afuri's specifications and are served with precision.\nIngredients Management: Take responsibility for the freshness, quality, and inventory of all bar ingredients. Regularly assess stock levels and collaborate with management to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar.\nCustomer Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their taste profiles. Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere while demonstrating a deep knowledge of the beverage menu.\nTraining and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging spirits. Share this knowledge with the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of the bar program.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and the dining areas. Foster a collaborative environment that enhances overall guest satisfaction.\nCleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
