The IAC provides objective, independent review and adjudication of protocol-defined clinical events to ensure data integrity and consistency across study sites.Key Responsibilities:• Independently review and adjudicate clinical events, diagnoses, and endpoints related to Stiff Person Syndrome in accordance with the study charter and protocol• Evaluate source documentation (e.g., clinical summaries, laboratory data, imaging, pathology reports) to confirm case definitions and outcomes• Participate in adjudication meetings (virtual) to discuss complex or discordant cases and reach consensus when required• Ensure adherence to predefined adjudication criteria and regulatory standards• Maintain strict confidentiality and independence from study investigators and sponsors• Provide input on adjudication guidelines and support refinement of case definitions, if neededQualifications:• MD or DO with board certification in Neurology• Demonstrated clinical and/or research expertise in Stiff Person Syndrome or related• Prior experience in clinical trials and/or endpoint adjudication committees is a plus#neurologist #stiffpersonsyndrome #neurology
