We utilize the latest technologies including 5-Axis Milling, Multi-Axis Turning, and Automated-Pallet Changing/Lights-out Production systems, CMM Inspection equipment. Most of the products that we build here are flying to Space and to Mars.\nYou should expect a family environment and a true teamwork mentality at Alva. The organization is expanding to multiple locations within Orange County, as well as building the R&D team to develop our own Robotics system. We are looking for additional team members that would like to grow their career with us.\nDescription:\nThe CNC Programmer is responsible for creating NC Programs for CNC Machines using CATIA, MASTERCAM, GibbsCAM, or FUSION360 and perform Verification using VERICUT or CAMPLETE, including but not limited to, 3-axis and 5-Axis Mills. The programmer shall be able to plan and program complex components with different material (e.g. Titanium, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Aluminum).
