Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function.\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Identify opportunities for automation through data analysis\n* Collaborate with the AI team to integrate AI/Client algorithms into JAVA applications.\n* Implement machine learning models and ensure seamless integration with existing applications.\n* Categorize and prioritize opportunities through value-add lens\n* Reduce repetitive tasks and support activities & re-engineer support process where needed\n* Understand available automation solution/Tools and apply that to relevant use cases\n* Visualize automation solution and create proof of concept\n* Collaborate with engineering/architecture practice team to innovate, develop and deploy automation solutions\n* Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.\n* Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement\n* Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users\n* Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.\n* Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.\n\nTo be effective in this role, candidate should possess the following:\n* 6 + years software development experience\n* 3+ years of RLM (Release lifecycle Management) using tools like BMC RLM (or) Harness etc.\n* 3+ years of direct experience working in(hands-on involvement) multi-dimensional development projects/programs with diverse technology stack and global deployments\n* 3+ years hands-on with CI/CD pipeline\n* 3+ years hands-on experience in design, development and implementation of automation solutions\n* 3+ years hands-on experience with Chef, Ansible, Linux & Windows (shell/batch scripting & server management), Java, .Net, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle/SQL Server database (SQL, backup & recovery)\n* Familiarity with AI/Client concepts and algorithms.\n* Experience with data preprocessing, model training and evaluation will be a value add.\n* Experience in front-end tools, UI design and development (Angular or React) is a plus\n* Enjoys hands-on programming/scripting work.\n* Experience using Service Management Software (Service Now).
