If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\nJob Description:\nManufacturing Control Operator\nObjective\nThe primary focus of the Manufacturing Control Operator role is to make trackable monitor starts per the daily drop schedule, support reticle activities, as well as, support production starts as needed.\nEssential Functions\nThe Manufacturing Control Operator essential functions include the following:\nExecute monitor starts against daily starts drop schedule.\nInventory management:\no Follow physical inventory procedures.\no Support weekly audits.\no Escalate any inventory discrepancies quickly.\nAbility to address tool issues using EMMA\nSubject Matter Expert related to reticle management and duties:\no Managing new reticles: Realization of priority arrivals, reticle receipts, reticle boxes and pods stocking level management\no Managing reticle pull: Requests for pulling circuits based on ENG requests, some are more urgent than others.\no Reticle movement: Moving reticles around in the fab based on ENG request by taking reticles out of cabinets for them to be moved to new locations, or moving reticles to better slots based on operations use.\no Reticle problem solving: Sending out reticles for repair through our specific process, but sometimes involves being a point person for operators or supervisors about why a certain reticle isn't available or other issues they need help with.\nSecondary role flexibility:\no Vacation coverage for other manufacturing control team roles.\no Quickly and professionally escalates issues.\no Recognizes and responds to team resourcing needs.\no Actively drives continuous improvement of the tools, processes and documentation needed to perform duties.\nExpectations\nGood time management\nAccountable for providing timely, accurate and relevant information with assignments while covering any of the roles on the team.\nEscalates to appropriate resources regarding issues related to monitor starts, and reticles.\nAssists as needed with the manufacturing control team regarding reticles support.\nConducts verbal and written pass down with fellow peers.\nResponsible for company Wi-Fi phone and in some cases company Surface Pro.\n\nKnowledge, Skill, and Abilities\nProven ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.\nSelf-directed / Self Motivated under direction of supervisor.\nPossesses excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills with history of utilizing these skills to successfully interact with cross functional departments, such as Operations, Equipment Maintenance, Process Techs Line Techs, and Unit Process Engineers.\nDemonstrated problem solving skills using good judgment.\nSolid understanding of computer systems used in the manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrate skills with Excel and Word.\nHas the ability to learn quickly.\nRequires one year, but prefer 2 years FAB experience.\nAdditional Information:\nThis is a team focused environment.\nRole requirements will change as business needs dictate.\nPosition is on D shift\nAdditional Job Description:\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe salary range for this position is $20.50 - $25.00 per hour.\n\nThis position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.\n\nBroadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
