If you're passionate about this, we want to hear from you!\nAbout the Role\nMWH is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to support the concrete & structural packages and lead a team of construction professionals on a critical water treatment plant construction project based out of Gresham, Oregon.\nThe Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, financial performance, and successful delivery of a defined concrete construction package on a water treatment plant (WTP) project. This role provides leadership to project engineers, field teams, and subcontractors while ensuring concrete work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents.\nPackage-Specific Concrete/Structural Scope\nScope may include, but not limited to:\nStructural concrete foundations, slabs, walls, and process structures\nFormwork, reinforcing steel, embeds and anchor bolt coordination\nClearwells, basins, channels, vaults, and tanks\nMass concrete placements and sequencing\nKey Responsibilities\nLead planning, execution, and delivery of the concrete package.\nManage concrete subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance.\nOversee budget management, cost forecasting, and change management.\nCoordinate concrete activities with civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.\nEnsure concrete work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards.\nOversee inspections, testing, and punch list completion.\nChampion jobsite safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance\nRequired Experience & Knowledge\n7+ years of experience in construction project management or concrete scope leadership.\nManage concrete packages in value of $100+ million\nDemonstrated experience managing heavy civil or structural concrete packages.\nStrong understanding of concrete construction means and methods.\nExperience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.\nSkills & Competencies\nProven leadership and team management capabilities\nStrong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams\nFinancial acumen with strong cost and schedule control skills\nAbility to manage complex mechanical scopes in active treatment plant environments\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMiC, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems preferred\nBenefits\nGroup health & welfare benefits including options for medical, dental and vision\n100% Company Paid Benefits: Employee Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Spouse and Dependent Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Program and Health Advocate\nVoluntary benefits at discounted group rates for accidents, critical illness, and hospital indemnity\nFlexible Time Off Program (includes vacation and personal time)\nPaid Sick and Safe Leave\nPaid Parental Leave Program\n10 Paid Holidays\n401(k) Plan (company matching contributions up to 4%).\nEmployee Referral Program\nMWH Constructors is a global project delivery company in heavy civil construction with a focus on water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
