Role Description As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. The role includes handling employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and maintaining HR records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bourbon, MO, requiring collaboration with staff and leadership to support organizational goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent managementExcellent understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policiesProficiency in conflict resolution, employee relations, and organizational developmentFamiliarity with HR software, reporting tools, and record management systemsStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldSHRM or similar HR certification is a plus
