We offer a team-oriented environment with opportunities for career growth, and as we continue to expand, we seek reliable, safety-focused team members to support our operations!Join our team and build your career with a company committed to doing things the right way—where quality, ethics, and team growth come first.We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Outside Sales Team Lead to lead our direct marketing team, with a primary focus on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, along with canvassing support.This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.You’ll play a critical role in driving brand presence in local communities while building a high-performing, energetic team that thrives on connection, performance, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows)Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goalsWork in the field as a player-coach, supporting event execution and canvassing effortsPlan and oversee daily team activities, including event schedules and outreach effortsTrack performance, ensure lead quality, and maintain accurate reportingSupport hiring and foster a positive, high-energy team cultureQualificationsMust have a valid driver’s licenseProven ability to build, coach, and motivate teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environmentsBasic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific software CRMsPrior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions What We OfferCompetitive Hourly Pay + Performance Based IncentivesOn-Target Earnings: $47,680 - $77,000 depending on performanceFull time hours- 32-40 per weekOpportunities to grow into sales or leadership rolesA fun, people-focused role that makes a visible impact on our communityTraining and ongoing support from an experienced marketing teamCompensation & Benefits DisclosureCompensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position.
