Easterseals\nAdult Day Health Day program serves individuals with disabilities, and those requiring\nmemory care support. In this role, you will develop the monthly activity calendar, lead activities,\nprovide personal care support, develop quarterly newsletters, and document the services provided.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong written & verbal communication skills and will\nhave previous experience utilizing electronic health records. This could be the perfect opportunity for you; apply TODAY!\n\nQualifications:\nComfortable providing personal care to adults with disabilities\nAbility to pass a 10-panel drug screen\nBachelor’s degree plus one year of experience in developing and conducting\nactivities for the population to be served OR an Associate’s degree in a related\nfield plus two years of appropriate experience OR a National Certification as an\nactivity or therapeutic recreational professional plus two years of appropriate\nexperience OR a high school diploma or equivalent plus three years in\ndeveloping and conducting activities\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nLicensed CNA\nAdult Day program and/or memory care experience\nBilingual candidates encouraged to apply\n\nThis is a full-time opportunity Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
