HYBRID Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is interested in handling sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experienceSignificant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courtsDemonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a teamStrong legal research, writing, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environmentsExperience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution, including single-plaintiff and complex disputesRepresent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agenciesDraft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearingsAdvise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategiesCollaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions Why Join Us?
