We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to help ensure our products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and being part of a team focused on continuous improvement. What You'll DoAs a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting production operations.Responsibilities include:Inspect finished and in-process products using measurement tools and industry inspection methodsCompare production output to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specificationsVerify production processes follow required standards and proceduresDocument inspection results and maintain quality records and databasesIdentify defects, rework, and waste and help determine root causesAssist with developing inspection plans and test methodsSupport production staff on quality standards and best practicesMonitor and verify calibration of inspection and measurement equipmentRecommend improvements to production and quality processesCollect and compile statistical quality data QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and reliabilityBasic math and computer skillsExcel proficiencyStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksPreferred:1–2 years in a manufacturing environmentPrevious quality inspector experienceExperience reading engineering drawings or blueprintsExperience using measurement tools and inspection equipmentMS Office proficiency Physical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periodsComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentBenefitsPaid Time OffSick Leave401(k) after 1 yearStable full-time schedule (no weekends) We are an equal opportunity employer.
