This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of enterprise applications while coordinating and mentoring both onshore and offshore development teams.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, strong architectural and problem-solving skills, and proven experience leading globally distributed development teams.
