If you're ready to grow, lead and make a difference, come join our team and help shape the future of convenience.Job Title: Regional Maintenance Trainer IDepartment: FacilitiesSupervisor Title: Regional Maintenance Training SupervisorJob Summary:Works closely with new and existing technicians to develop skills and ensure proper repairs are being performed; develops training profiles and oversees the execution of development plans for Field Maintenance Technicians; provides advanced technical assistance to Field Maintenance Technicians and the Technical Support Center as needed.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinates training of new Field Maintenance Technicians in all aspects of the business; ensures proper training of all maintenance related tasks, including, but not limited to, building equipment and systems maintenanceRegionally aligns with Regional Facilities Manager and their Area Facilities Managers, and works closely with second (or third) Regional Maintenance Trainer to support regional training needsEvaluates employees based upon various performance metrics and skill assessments; determines if additional training is necessary and conducts training as neededDevelops, implements and delivers training programs to address individual development needs of Field Maintenance TechniciansDevelops skill and competency profiles and formulates individual development plans based on employee profiles; provides feedback to management on individual and group progressPlans and coordinates the activities of Field Training Technicians to ensure adherence to the department training program for new and existing techniciansCreates and develops basic training materialsActs as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one tradeEducation and Experience:Education: High School/GED PreferredYears of Relevant Experience: 3+ yearsYears of Management Experience: NACertifications/Licenses: NASpecific Knowledge and Skills:Experience with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applicationsExcellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to research and resolve issuesExcellent leadership skills and the ability to facilitate and direct the activities of othersGood understanding of intra-department functions and operationsAbility to build and sustain collaborationsPay: $35.00 - $40.00 HourlyWe will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative For Hiring.
