Our diverse teams bring unique perspectives to help deliver cutting-edge solutions to global clients across both public and private sectors.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented D365 Junior Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and integrated enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, .NET technologies, front-end development, and API integrations in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Develop and maintain full stack applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, forms, and business processes.Build and support REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations with internal and external applications.Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of applications.Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Support Azure cloud-based deployments and CI/CD processes.Create technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment guides.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards. Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.1–3 years of experience in full stack development.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM development.Experience with:C#.NET / .NET CoreJavaScript / TypeScriptHTML5 / CSS3SQL ServerREST APIsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented federal/government environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Knowledge of Azure cloud services.Familiarity with React or Angular frameworks.Prior experience supporting federal or healthcare-related projects.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.Important Note:All applicants must be US citizens and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance; Secret Security clearance preferred.
