Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and renovating residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for bringing spaces to life with color. Responsibilities: - Restore and maintain the appearance of walls, ceilings, and trim in various settings. - Perform construction painting, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards. - Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas that require repair, and perform caulking and stucco work as needed. - Apply color theory to select the perfect hues for each project, considering factors such as lighting and architectural style. - Utilize power tools and basic math to accurately measure and calculate materials and labor costs. - Collaborate with construction estimators to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of projects. - Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations. - Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals. Qualifications: - Proven experience in painting and renovation projects. - Knowledge of color theory and its application in different environments. - Familiarity with stucco and caulking techniques. - Basic math skills to accurately measure and estimate materials. - Proficiency with power tools and ability to use them safely and effectively. - Experience with construction painting and estimating. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work site. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
