The position is also responsible for document control and related processes. This position requires independent action with limited supervision. This role provides the opportunity to work within the Network Solutions Business Unit of Leviton Manufacturing Company Inc.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with the packaging request process for new product introductions\nUpdate and maintain packaging bill of material structure and system requirements per packaging standards for new product introductions\nCreate and issue ECR’s and work with product management, product engineering, production and/or Corporate packaging\nManage artwork approval requests\nVerify packaging component costs and update life cycles\nDocument and log BOM changes and updates\nManages packaging product transfers\nProvides support to ensure the accuracy of labeling information and barcodes\nManages related document control requirements and processes\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nOversees printing equipment and corrects label formats for all levels of packaging\nVerifies new label setups\nProvides support for packaging production printing equipment\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred\nMinimum 1 year of packaging experience required\nOracle system familiarity\nExperience with PC and Mac hardware/software\nTravel:\nLess than 5%\nWhat We Offer:\nTo meet the health and wellness needs of our employees, Leviton offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:\nMedical (with an HSA option), Dental, Vision and Rx coverage beginning the 1st day of the month following your start date\n401(k) Program with employer matching contributions.
