Galley Utility

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and utensils in the galley, following established cleaning procedures onboard the cruise ship- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed- Properly store and rotate food supplies to ensure freshness and prevent waste- Assist with loading and unloading of food and supplies- Dispose of waste and garbage in accordance with company policies and regulations- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen manager- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation- Assist with other duties as assigned by the kitchen managerRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and sanitation procedures- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug testWorking Place:
