PRN*\n*Status: PRN*\n*Location: Georgetown, South Carolina*\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Conduct pre-employment physical examinations and annual wellness assessments.\n* Evaluate and treat patients presenting with illnesses and injuries.\n* Manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based guidelines.\n* Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans under established physician protocols.\n* Perform health screenings and support disease prevention programs.\n* Provide age-appropriate assessments and clinical interventions.\n* Educate and coach patients regarding treatment, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.\n* Order, review, and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.\n* Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as appropriate.\n* Coordinate referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.\n* Review appropriate clinical cases with medical leadership and operational stakeholders.\n* Provide clinical oversight for employee respirator and hearing testing performed by clinic staff.\n* Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.\n* Practice within established ethical, professional, and scope-of-practice standards.\n* Support other clinical functions as operational needs require.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with an active license.\n* At least 1 year of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care.\n* Current BLS certification.\n* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.\n* Excellent interpersonal and patient-service abilities.\n* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, clinical teams, and senior stakeholders.\n* Ability to follow established procedures and written instructions.\n* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinical priorities.\n* Patient-focused and compassionate approach to care.\n* Ability to meet the physical requirements associated with the position.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Active DEA registration.\n\n*Key Skills Required*\n\n* Patient assessment and clinical decision-making\n* Acute and chronic condition management\n* Occupational and preventive health\n* Patient education and health coaching\n* EMR documentation\n* Interdisciplinary collaboration\n\nPay: $59.00 -
