The program manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from design and prototyping to manufacturing and delivery. They are their customer representative and advocate within Creation Technologies.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:\nDefine program scope and requirements, ensuring product design aligns with customer specifications, timelines, and quality standards.\nDevelop and manage timelines, adjusting schedules as needed to meet milestones such as New Product Introduction (NPI), completion and delivery dates.\nManagement of process validations such as: Installation qualification (IQ), Operational qualification (OQ), Performance qualification (PQ).\nMonitor and manage program metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost performance, identifying root causes and solutions for variances.\nCoordinate Customer Focused Teams (CFTs) across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain, assigning priorities and leveraging team strengths.\nAct as the primary customer liaison, ensuring expectations are met and updates or issues are effectively communicated.\nOversee financial aspects, including revenue forecasting, cost estimates, and Profit and Loss (P&L) variances, ensuring budget adherence and accurate quotations.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, recovering costs for changes Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Non-recurring Expenditures (NREs, excess, obsoletes) and ensuring Return on Investment.\nEnsure manufactured products meet quality standards and required certifications (e.g., UL, CE, RoHS, ISO).\nResolve quality issues by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and mitigating risks throughout the manufacturing process.\nManage changes to project requirements, timelines, budgets, or designs, ensuring proper communication and adjustments.\nMonitor production stages, scaling from prototypes to meet customer demand while maintaining efficiency and quality.\nCoordinate supply chain needs to ensure materials are available on time and avoid disruptions.\nOversee delivery logistics, ensuring products are shipped on time and in good condition.\nProvide regular updates to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, issues, and successes.\nMaintain proper documentation, including design changes, procurement records, and quality inspection reports.\nTravel as required (up to 10%)\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nEducation and Required Experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience\n4+ Years of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of success in complex programs.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nSKILLS REQUIRED:\nAdvocate for customers by responding to feedback with appropriate improvement action plans.\nPossess strong technical knowledge of electronics design, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), manufacturing processes, and quality control methods.\nDemonstrate expertise in project management, including resource allocation, time management, risk assessment, and budget oversight.\nProficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project) for planning and communication tasks.\nExhibit strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, effectively managing internal and external relationships.\nAnalyze business documents, contracts, and technical procedures, with a general understanding of financial concepts like budgeting, planning, and forecasting.\nQuickly identify issues, develop effective solutions, and resolve complex problems with excellent judgment and analytical skills.\nWork independently with minimal supervision, maintaining executive-level presence and business acumen.\nTeam-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple changing priorities while driving targeted outcomes.\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the target salary range is $160,000/year depending on experience\n\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\n\nCreation Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
