We are seeking a Data Technical Program Manager with experience leading enterprise data initiatives within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360), data governance, and cross-functional program management.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead the TransUnion (TU)/Epsilon data integration workstream.\nManage enterprise data programs from planning through execution.\nDevelop tactical execution plans and long-term strategic roadmaps.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, architecture, and vendors.\nOversee data modeling, governance, quality, and delivery milestones.\nCoordinate onboarding and implementation of data clean room capabilities.\nTrack risks, dependencies, timelines, and project deliverables.\nEnsure successful delivery of customer data initiatives.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nExperience as a Technical Program Manager or Data Program Manager.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).\nExperience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360).\nInsurance industry experience (required).\nKnowledge of data governance, data modeling, and enterprise data integrations.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbout PENNEP\nPENNEP works with national, multinational clients and thrives to become one of the world's leading professional services companies with a vision to transform clients' business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
