The General Manager for ultimate gaming haven will work onsite at JFK Airport at retro game bar. Duties & Responsibilities Ability to facilitate a positive company culture while maintaining company’s core values Enforce company policies by supervising employees and creating a positive guest experience Abide by company guidelines on cash and credit card handling accuracy, safety, proper uniform and grooming etiquette, crew development, and employee attendance Be responsible for all daily, weekly, and monthly operations, including but not limited to: sales reports, closing/opening procedures, inventory management, and keeping up with airport policies Set sales goals and incentive plans for employees Identify and managing COGs while maintaining a relationship with vendors Qualifications 3 or more years of management or leadership experience Must have experience with Point Of Sale systems Must be able to obtain all required certifications by local airports Must be a minimum of 18 years old to apply High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred Must have expert knowledge of gaming PC and gaming consoles as well as upcoming and popular games Must be able to stand for an extended period of time Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays CAO participants please contact your CAO Account Manager to complete the application process.
