Together our 1,800+ -strong team works from state-of-the-art facilities across the World.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following is a list of minimum responsibilities related to the Electronic Technician Level 1 position. Other duties may also be assigned.Efficiently respond to line calls and conduct PMs on a regular basis.\r\nAlways maintains safe work practices.\r\nMust be competent in troubleshooting all equipment on site with the use of electrical schematics and blueprints.\r\nEvaluate equipment malfunctions with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime.\r\nMust be able to maintain a log/work sheet of equipment repairs and problems.\r\nMust be competent in the use of all plant electrical test equipment.\r\nMust be able to set up line equipment and vision systems in accordance with a Master Production Record.\r\nAble to follow and understand production procedures, good documentation practices, and Work instructions.\r\nSetup, maintain and troubleshoot Cognex Vision Systems.\r\nSetup, maintain and troubleshoot Systech Serialization Systems.\r\nInstall or assist in the installation of new equipment, including proper layout and alignment.\r\nMust assist all other maintenance personnel in the event of a major plant breakdown.\r\nMust be able to work overtime on weekends.\r\nQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
