This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an office environment, is organized, and can handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiriesManage customer emails using OutlookEnter and process customer orders accuratelyHandle invoicing and basic billing tasksMaintain filing and general office organizationUse ERP system (Epicor) for order and data entryProvide excellent customer service and follow-up as neededSupport general administrative tasks as assignedQualifications:Previous customer service or administrative experience requiredStrong computer skills (Outlook, data entry, basic Excel/Word)Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skills (phone and email)Bilingual (English/Spanish)Interested?
