Actively promote all company policies and expectations, especially in support of safety plans and results.\n\nExecute planned and scheduled maintenance operations within assigned areas of responsibility.\n\nMaintain a positive work environment by regularly communicating with employees on the shop floor and responding to employee issues and concerns in a timely manner.\n\nMaintain well‑organized and productive work areas.\n\nWork with others to achieve department and company goals and objectives.\n\nPerform all other duties and special projects as assigned.\n\nREQUIRED FOR THE SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE\n\nHigh school diploma required.
