Now the technical things...Candidates must be at least age 18 to work with children in Early Childhood, age 21 or older to work with children under 2 years of age, able to tolerate working in a loud and very fast paced environment while meeting licensing standards, Paths To Quality (Indiana's rating system), and NAEYC (National Association of Education for Young Children).\n\nThe hours will be determined by the needs of our program. Compensation is based upon experience and educational background. We will require all background clearances and drug screen to be completed prior to hire.
