We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our second shift operations. This position is responsible for driving production performance, developing employees, maintaining quality standards, and creating a culture of accountability and teamwork.\nIf you're a leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys coaching teams to achieve results, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead, coach, and develop production employees on second shift.\nEnsure production schedules are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.\nPromote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.\nMonitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall employee performance.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and workflow.\nCoordinate staffing assignments based on production priorities.\nWork closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.\nConduct employee coaching, performance discussions, and corrective actions when necessary.\nAssist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.\nAnalyze production issues and implement effective solutions.\nMaintain accurate production documentation and reporting.\nFoster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nPrevious supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.\nAerospace or metal finishing/manufacturing experience preferred.\nStrong leadership and employee development skills.\nAbility to read and interpret production documentation and blueprints.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nComputer proficiency including Microsoft Office.\nAbility to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate is someone who:\nLeads by example\nHolds employees accountable while building strong relationships\nCommunicates professionally at all levels\nThrives under pressure\nIs process-oriented and organized\nContinuously looks for opportunities to improve operations\nValues teamwork, safety, and quality\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.\nComfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may include heat, noise, dust, and industrial equipment.\nWhy 3P Processing?\nAt 3P Processing, we invest in our people.
