The candidate will have the opportunity to innovate on the latest technology, creating an extraordinary digital transformation that eases the workload of our store employees and enhances the shopping experience for our customers every day.\nCompany Introduction\n7-Eleven’s IT in RIS2.0 group is looking for experienced QA automation engineer who enjoys collaborating with a mighty team of engineers, designers, and product visionaries in transforming our legacy applications into the cloud-based platform and innovating on the latest technology, creating awesome digital products that ease the work burden of our store employees and enhances shopping experience for our customers every day.\nJob Description\nWe are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our RIS2.0 and work with our Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams and have the responsibility to keep our platform and services working at full steam. For this role, you’ll need to have a good knowledge of how each team works and how they interact with one another.\nSkills & Responsibilities\nAble to identify business risks & contribute to user story definition.\nExperience in defining and reviewing Test Cases & Plans.\nExperience in Device capability testing (WiFi Strength, Bluetooth etc.). Ability to come up with tools to simplify the testing effort for future hardware.\nCreativity and thinking out-of-the-box as this project heart of store technology.\nExperience in writing automation frameworks from scratch.\nExperience and in-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages (ex: JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.).\nExperience with one or more test tools & frameworks (ex: Selenium Web driver, cypress, Karate, JMeter, etc.).\nTeam player mentality, actively cooperating with both engineering and non-engineering colleagues.\nQA Mindset: We build stuff together, then break it and love doing it.\nDegree in Computer Science or similar area of study.\nExperience working in SCRUM environments.\nPractical experience with web testing or development.\nExperience with TDD, BDD / Gherkin.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in QA automation\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Mongo DB, Node JS and AWS (Lambda, Step functions and cloud watch)\nKnowledge or experience with pipelines, Jenkins, and CI / CD processes.\nLook for Experience in Device capability testing (WiFi Strength, Bluetooth etc.).
