Occasional special event coverage as necessary.\r\nSupport for the HR Director will include\r\nAssist the HR Director with the operations of the office\r\nAssist with campus hiring, including recruitment and job posting management\r\nProcess employee onboarding and offboarding\r\nSupport benefits administration and enrollment\r\nManage BambooHR system for records, updates and employee data\r\nSupport payroll processing\r\nMaintain HR documentation and filing systems\r\nCreate monthly all employee newsletters\r\nOrganize annual boundary training\r\nPrepare workman's comp\r\nAnswer phone from the school's main line\r\nResponsible for daily incoming/outgoing mail\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nSupport for the CFO will include\r\nProvide poised administrative assistance to the CFO\r\nManage CFO calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments\r\nAct as a liaison between the CFO and other departments on campus\r\nPrepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation\r\nHandle correspondence, emails and communications on behalf of the CFO\r\nCoordinate Board of Trustee subcommittee meetings and presentations\r\nAttend Board of Trustee meetings and take minutes\r\nSupport special projects and administrative initiatives\r\nPrepare presentations and compile reports and data\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nThe successful candidate must: have four to six years of human resources/administrative assistant experience preferably in an educational or non-profit setting; be able to work intuitively and independently as well as part of the general Business Office team; have strong organizational skills for multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities as situations arise in fast paced environment; have the ability to understand written and oral instruction; have demonstrated written, interpersonal and communication skills in order to successfully interact with diverse staff, faculty, students and other constituents of the School; possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; be able to work in secondary boarding school atmosphere by successfully passing CORI, SORI and fingerprint based background checks; possess a valid driver's license.\r\nFull benefit eligibility, health, dental, retirement, vacation, sick, personal and holidays.
