You’ll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.\n\nYour responsibilities may include:\n\nAssisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines\nSupporting medical needs and appointments\nFollowing individualized support and behavior plans\nEncouraging community involvement and social engagement\nCompleting routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)\nWorking collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team\nNo two days are the same—and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference.\n\nRequirements:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nValid Connecticut Driver’s License\nAbility to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid\nExperience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but not required.
