The ideal candidate will have experience designing responsive, user-friendly sites that align with each client’s goals and brand identity.\nPay will be $30 per hour\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, customize, and maintain websites exclusively using WordPress and Elementor\nDesign and implement intuitive, user-friendly UI components and layouts\nPerform thorough QA testing and debugging to ensure the quality, responsiveness, and functionality of all websites\nEnsure all sites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices\nSet up new websites on a development server and once approved, migrate to the client’s hosting environment\nConfigure DNS records and manage related domain setup tasks\nInstall and configure Google Site Kit for analytics and performance tracking\nAdd and manage tracking codes, including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar platforms\nImplement and optimize Yoast SEO for on-page search optimization\nPrefer experience creating and optimizing landing pages, particularly in Leadpages\nCollaborate closely with our creative and project management teams to deliver on time and on brand\nUse LastPass to securely manage and handle all sensitive credentials and client information\n\nRequirements:\nAt least 3 years of proven experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites using Elementor\nStrong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and SEO best practices\nExperience setting up Google Site Kit, Yoast SEO, and analytics tracking codes\nExperience creating high-converting landing pages, preferably using Leadpages\nExcellent attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality work\nMust prioritize discretion, security, and confidentiality when handling client data\n\nYou Must Be:\nBased in the United States\nResourceful and solutions-oriented\nCommitted to continuous learning and development\nComfortable with a flexible work/life integration approach\nAble to handle confidential information with discretion\nIf you are a dependable and detail-oriented developer who takes pride in creating high-performing, visually appealing websites, we would love to hear from you and see examples of your work.\nThis will be a part-time 1099 position between 12-15 hours per week. The right person must be able to work on a regular flexible schedule Monday-Friday during the hours of 9 am-5pm PST and be available for weekly meetings.
