The candidate is responsible for overseeing the general accounting and financial reporting functions.\n\nHe or she will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that will ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded and that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies and US GAAP. Oversee the general accounting function, which includes cost accounting analysis, cash management/forecasting, financial reporting, and balance sheet management.\n\no Accountable for ensuring that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected.\n\no Assists in preparation & monitoring of budgets interfacing with internal functions\n\no Provide concise and effective analysis of regular management reports to help guide the company to good decisions and profitability. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.\n\no Prepares income statements, monitors financial transactions, and oversees entries into accounting systems. Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans and analysis.\n\no Ensures that company financial records, are maintained in compliance with company policies and US GAAP.
