A solid understanding of process development and materials integration is essential, as is the ability to forecast risks, resolve technical challenges, and maintain a dynamic project plan in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting. A chemistry, material science, or chemical engineering background is a plus, due to many of the key fabrication steps requiring wet processing.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nDaily tactical management of process development activities across multiple projects working with program engineer and operations team.\nProgram Management of two primary projects, including setting project schedules, managing projects to budget and schedule, and setting project team priorities.\nPrepare project status reports (emails, PowerPoint slide decks, and/or Word documents), lead weekly (or bi-weekly) customer meetings and customer communications.\nEmploy standard troubleshooting protocols.\nOther Duties & Responsibilities:\nComply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.\nComply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures.\nBuild meaningful and productive relationships with internal business partners.\nParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.\nCommunicate effectively with all levels of employees.\nProtect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of 3rd parties.\nMaintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.\nPerform other duties as assigned with a can-do attitude.\nContribute to building a positive team spirit.\nJob Qualifications:\nUS citizenship or permanent resident alien status is required.\nProgram or project management experience, including use of Gantt charts and budget management\nB.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in physical science or engineering is preferred\nHands-on experience in wafer processing and basic semiconductor device processing is required.\nOverall experience in data recording and data presentation (PowerPoint) is a must.\nAt Micross, our Core Values of integrity, communication, teamwork, quality and execution, self-discipline and accountability are cultivated throughout all levels of the organization.
