If our values and vision resonate, and peek at your passions, take the first step and apply!\r\nRole Responsibilities:\r\nCoordinate general assembly, wiring, finishing, and quality activities to meet delivery deadline\r\nReward or discipline team members as needed\r\nDocument and communicate quality issues found during manufacturing processes\r\nWork with Team members from various departments to resolve quality issues.\r\nWork closely with Materials, Quality, and Management to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\r\nEducation: High School/GED diploma required. Associates degree or equivalent in Electronics, course certification in Electronics, Military related electronics training is preferred.\r\nExperience: Minimum of 1 years of testing equipment experience without continued education background. 2 or more years of experience with the use of electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, calibrators, etc.) Familiarity with power electronics is a plus. Ability to setup and/or program test equipment. Ability to read and understand electronic schematics and interpret other technical documentation. Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital electronic circuits to the component level. Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds\r\nSoft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience in project management and process improvement.\r\nSystems Used:\r\nMicrosoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)\r\nCSI\r\nUKG\r\nVarious proprietary test programs and utilities.\r\nWork Environment:\r\nFast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.\r\nRequires working closely with production and engineering teams on-site.\r\nOccasional travel may be required to supplier or customer sites.\r\nCompensation and Benefits:\r\nThis position is full-time, salaried, exempt.
