Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-in/check-out, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting. Experience with medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans is required. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential. Experience with Epic/CS-Link and medical terminology is preferred.
