This position is responsible for accurately handling, storing, retrieving, and transporting physical records while maintaining strict security, safety, and confidentiality standards. This is a union position offering long-term career growth, excellent benefits, and consistent hours.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, sort, and process incoming boxes, files, and mediaAccurately retrieve and prepare records for customer deliveryOperate material-handling equipment (hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks)Scan barcodes and update tracking systems to maintain chain of custodyLoad and unload boxes (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficientlyMaintain organized storage locations within the record centerFollow all security, confidentiality, and safety protocolsSupport inventory audits and quality control checksWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goalsSchedule & Work EnvironmentMonday–Friday, no weekendsIndoor warehouse/record center environmentPhysically active role involving standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shiftClimate-controlled in most areasQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfort using handheld scanners and basic computer systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety, reliability, and attendancePrior warehouse, logistics, or records management experience a plus (not required)Guaranteed raise to $24.33/hour after 90 days100% paid union medical, dental, and visionPension plan for long-term securityWeekly payStable, recession-resistant industryCompany DescriptionSkySource Solutions believes in attaining success.
