This role is responsible for coordinating multi-team efforts, driving execution across engineering and product organizations, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and development priorities.At Flash, we empower our employees to innovate, collaborate, and solve impactful challenges. As part of our Engineering team, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, drive meaningful product improvements, and contribute to a customer-first culture in a dynamic, fast-growing company!Location: Austin office; Hybrid – 3 days in the officeTravel: 0%What You'll DoDefine and manage cross-functional programs aligned with product strategy and company goalsPartner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate priorities into clear, executable roadmapsEstablish program milestones, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependenciesCoordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment and accountabilityOwn and operate the feature intake process, ensuring work is well-defined, scoped, and prioritizedFacilitate planning and discovery across Product, Technical PMs, and EngineeringManage the pipeline of Customer Support and Success tickets requiring engineering involvementEnsure issues are properly triaged, validated, and documented before escalationIdentify trends and systemic issues to drive product and platform improvementsProvide structured reporting and insights on program health, timelines, and risks to leadershipMaintain dashboards and prepare executive-level updates for planning and reviewsStrengthen documentation practices, including release notes, product features, and operational playbooksWhat You BringTechnical SkillsExperience working in SaaS, FinTech, payments, or platform-based technology environments.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar engineering collaboration tools.Experience supporting customer-facing platforms or operational technology systems.Exposure to hardware-software integration programs (e.g., kiosks, devices, IoT systems).Experience with operational processes involving customer support escalation and issue triage.Soft Skills Program Strategy & RoadmappingCross-Team CoordinationStakeholder CommunicationOperational Process DesignRisk & Dependency ManagementExecutive ReportingDocumentation GovernanceHighly organized, strong discipline, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams.Qualifications5 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Project Management within a software or technology organization.Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.Salary: $75,000-$100,000/yearFinal salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.Competitive Rewards Package IncludesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and flexible work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentFlash is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible.
