Mover (Class E Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $16–$19 per hour for Movers/Drivers, plus tips Increased hourly rate for Saturday shifts Tips typically range from $100–$300 per week Paid Time Off available Benefits package including Vision, Dental, and a 401(k) with up to a 4% company match Scheduling options: Full-time (preferred) or part-time (Monday–Saturday) Advancement opportunities with room to grow your career Key Responsibilities Assist customers with moving their belongings safely from one location to another Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude Carefully pack, transport, and unpack customer items Perform truck inspections and help maintain an accurate inventory of moving equipment Safely drive and operate 26-ft box trucks, 16-ft box trucks, and service vehicles Complete required paperwork and process customer payments accurately Stay active on the job—get paid to work out! (Must be able to lift up to 500 lbs. with a team) Qualifications Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Strong communication and customer service abilities Physical endurance to repeatedly lift heavy items (100+ lbs.) while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and walking Solid hand-eye coordination We prioritize great attitudes and provide the training needed to succeed Helpful background experience may include: General labor (warehouse work, loading/unloading, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, roofing, concrete, etc.) Customer service roles such as restaurants or food service Additional Requirement Employees must provide their own tools or purchase them through the company Our team operates by the core value “Be Your Best and Have Fun,” and we’re looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals who want to be part of a growing team.
