This role ensures accurate production data, system reporting, and coordination that supports production flow, quality, and compliance across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EH&S.\n\n*MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *\n\n* Validate daily production output, product type, and quantities.\n* Perform daily headcount validation and production reporting.\n* Support production flow and provide break coverage as needed.\n* Serve as MES Superuser; troubleshoot system issues and support users.\n* Enter, confirm, and reconcile production data in *MES *and *SAP*.\n* Track production orders, consumables, and material usage.\n* Support shift NCMRs, including documentation and closure tracking.\n* Validate BOMs, routings, barcodes, and build accuracy.\n* Track chemical usage and update VOC data for EH&S reporting.\n* Prepare and distribute routine operational reports.\n\n*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS *\n\n* *High School diploma*\n* *1+ year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.*\n* *Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.*\n* *Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate data*.\n* *Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production setting.*\n\n*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS *\n\n* *Experience with SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)*.\n* *Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production reporting.*\n* *Experience supporting production, quality, or operations teams*\n\nThis position is a paid role designed to support operational efficiency through meticulous data management.
