Job SummaryThe Sales Administrative Assistant will support a busy salesman by keeping track of leads, following up with clients, organizing pipeline activity, updating records, and helping make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.The right candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up habits, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving sales environment.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Key Responsibilities• Monitor and organize incoming emails and client communication• Follow up with clients, leads, and prospects by phone and email• Help manage the sales pipeline and keep records updated• Track open opportunities, next steps, and pending follow-ups• Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and lead lists• Use Excel tools such as VLOOKUP; pivot table experience is helpful• Research and organize prospect/contact information• Support order, customer, or account-related administrative tasks• Keep the salesman updated on urgent items, client responses, and follow-up needs• Provide general administrative support to help sales activity run smoothly━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Requirements• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal• Comfortable speaking with clients and making follow-up calls• Highly organized and reliable with strong follow-through• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel• Must know VLOOKUP; pivot tables are a plus• Able to manage multiple follow-ups without missing details• Comfortable using sales, prospecting, and operational software tools• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ScheduleFull-timeMust be available to work during U.S. business hours━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Work SetupRemoteMust have a reliable internet connection, working computer, and quiet workspace
