Family-owned for 135+ years.**What you'll be doing...**As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be responsible for the entire AP process from receipt of invoice to final payment. In addition, you may work on a variety of other accounting processes, such as credit card reconciliations, completing credit applications, month-end close, and supporting the Accounting team. Your strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and great communication skills are key to success in this role.**What success looks like...** **ACCURACY (AP)**: You are detail-oriented, your invoice processing and payments to suppliers are completed with 95% accuracy in a timely manner to maximize early payment discounts. **ATTENDANCE**: You are reliable, on-time, and consistently adhere to the attendance policy. You can be depended upon to be punctual, and your work is completed in a timely manner. **INTERPERSONAL SKILLS**: You demonstrate professionalism while building and maintaining strong relationships. Up to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience with demonstrated proficiency in general Accounting knowledge. An Associate's Degree with a focus in Accounting/Finance can substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
