Applications range from Client/Server applications to Web apps for a Network Access Control solution, running on both Windows and Linux systems.\nDesign, develop, maintain core components for the Forescout portfolio automation platform.\nContribute to the ongoing development of the automation platform by implementing new features, bug fixes and other improvements.\nDevelop new and extend existing frameworks into different development pipelines.\nLead complex and technically challenging projects/initiatives from concept to completion.\nRun and analyze existing automation performance metrics and contribute to the improvement of processes and methodologies for the team.\nCollaborate with team members and cross-functional development teams to design and develop new and enhance existing automation strategies.\nWhat You Bring To Forescout\nProfessional Skills\nMinimum of 7-10 years of experience as a software developer/architect designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and plugin module automation code around traditional client server products.\nExperience designing/building playbooks with Ansible Automation Platform or similar tools is recommended.\nProficiency in Python with experience in Java and scripting languages. Including object-oriented design, industry best practices, software patterns, and architecture principles.\nExperience using and developing automation frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework, etc.\nExperience with version control systems like Git.\nExperience with network and virtualization technologies.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.\nShould be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal processes, limited guidance, and focused on productivity.
