Assembler

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring an assembler for our production team. This is a skilled position and requires prior experience in hand assembly work. You must be confident in your ability to use hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components. We are willing to training a great candidate on our specific products. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. We are somewhat flexible on the exact schedule you will be working. No weekend work or overtime will be offered for this role. We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well. Responsibilities: Using hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components Effectively utilizing measuring tools to properly cut products to size Following schematics and blueprints to complete your work Quality checking final products to ensure there are no defects or damages from production Working with your team lead to complete production projects in a timely manner Installing wiring, piping and components correctly Packaging the final product and preparing it for shipment Consistently learning new skills to grow within the job Use computer programs to log your work and progress Qualifications: Prior experience in a production environment as an assembler The ability to remain detail oriented with your work Measuring tool knowledge Experience with wiring is preferred but it is not required The ability to lift 25 pounds Reliable transportation to work No formal education is required Benefits: Competitive pay and bonuses are offered for high performing employees Pay range from $19.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience Competitive medical and dental insurance plans 401k retirement plans Holiday Pay Flowly Solutions is an EEO - equal opportunity employer
