Full-Time\nAbout the Role\nOur client is seeking a hands-on RF Engineer to design, build, and support sophisticated RF measurement systems used for antenna characterization, radar cross-section (RCS) testing, and electromagnetic materials analysis .\nThis is an end-to-end engineering role—ideal for someone who enjoys taking systems from concept to reality, working directly with hardware, and supporting real-world measurement environments.\n️ What You’ll Be Working On\nDesign Complete RF Measurement Systems\nBuild VNA-centric systems for antenna testing, RCS measurement, and EM material characterization.\nArchitect RF Signal Chains\nDesign and integrate RF front-ends including switches, amplifiers, couplers, filters, and calibration paths.\nBuild & Validate Systems\nAssemble hardware, integrate mechanical positioners and scanners, perform calibration, and verify system performance.\nSolve Complex Measurement Problems\nDebug RF, mechanical, and software issues to ensure stable, repeatable, high-quality measurements.\nInstall & Support Systems\nSupport on-site installations, train users, and provide post-deployment troubleshooting.\nCreate Clear Documentation\nProduce wiring diagrams, test procedures, calibration workflows, and user guides to support long-term system reliability.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience\nStrong RF/microwave fundamentals (S-parameters, matching, noise, dynamic range)\nProven experience working with Vector Network Analyzers\nHands-on comfort with RF lab tools and precision connectors\nMethodical troubleshooting mindset and strong documentation habits\nAbility to manage multiple technical workstreams independently\nBonus Experience (Not Required)\nAntenna measurement systems (near-field, far-field, anechoic chambers)\nRCS measurement concepts and calibration techniques\nEM materials testing and parameter extraction\nRF front-end design experience\nTest automation or instrumentation control (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc.)\nFamiliarity with major RF instrumentation vendors\n✅ What Success Looks Like\nYou can turn a vague measurement requirement into a robust, repeatable system\nYou’re just as comfortable tightening a precision connector as you are tuning a calibration workflow\nCustomers trust you during installs and rely on your technical
