This role requires hands-on experience across modern web and mobile technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.Note:Claude Code experience is mandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Feature Ownership ::Independently design, develop, and deliver medium to high complexity featuresEnsure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectivesFront-End Development ::Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React & React NativeEnsure seamless integration with backend servicesMaintain consistent cross-platform user experienceBackend Engineering ::Develop backend systems using C#, TypeScript, Ruby on RailsBuild and maintain RESTful APIs & microservices architectureEnsure reliability and scalability of distributed systemsCloud & Infrastructure ::Work with AWS services: ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatchImplement Infrastructure as Code using TerraformDevelop event-driven systems using Kafka, Debezium, SNS/NServiceBusDatabase Development ::Design and optimize databases using SQL & PostgreSQLEnsure high performance, data integrity, and scalabilitySystem Design & Architecture ::Contribute to architectural decisions and system designApply best practices for scalable, maintainable systemsMentorship & Collaboration ::Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviewsCollaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teamsProcess Leadership ::Drive best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, version controlImprove development processes and team efficiencyTechnical Strategy ::Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologiesInfluence long-term technical direction and scalabilityRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field5+ years of software development experience3+ years in a technical leadership roleStrong expertise in:React & React NativeC#, TypeScriptREST APIs & MicroservicesExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong understanding of system design and architectureProven experience with:CI/CD pipelinesAutomated testingCode reviews & documentationStrong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently with high accountabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience with tools like Azure DevOps, FreshworksAWS Certified Developer (or equivalent)Hands-on experience with Claude Code
