Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team! Position Name: Physical Therapist Location: Sun City West, AZ (x1) | Peoria, AZ (x1) | North Phoenix, AZ (x1) Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic (Physician-Owned Practice) Shift: Mon-Fri, flexible scheduling options (4x10s), earliest start 6:30am, latest pt departure 6pm (M-Th) and 4pm (Fri). No weekends! Pay: $80,000-$95,000 annually (depending on experience). Sign-On Bonus: $15,000-$25,000 over 3-year period plus monthly performance bonuses. 50k Bonus Structure - Sign-On Bonus: $15k - Loan Forgiveness: $25k - Retention Bonus: $10k Qualifications: Required: - Active Arizona Physical Therapist license. - Graduate from a PT Program. - New Grads welcome to apply! - Outpatient orthopedic experience. - Ability to see minimum 12 patients daily. - Strong documentation skills with ability to complete notes within 48 hours. - Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and front desk staff. Preferred: - Experience in musculoskeletal and post-surgical rehabilitation. - Familiarity with Athena EMR or similar electronic medical record systems. - Understanding of value-based care and quality outcome metrics. - Coachable attitude with willingness to adapt to operational models. - Interest in working collaboratively within a physician-owned practice environment. Job Summary: - Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting with musculoskeletal focus and post-surgical cases. - Work collaboratively within a team structure that includes PTAs, technicians, and front desk personnel to deliver seamless patient care. - Complete thorough documentation within 48 hours using Athena EMR, with access to physician notes, imaging, post-op reports, and direct messaging capabilities. - Maintain quality-focused billing practices that reflect appropriate services rendered rather than volume-driven metrics. - Communicate directly with on-site orthopedic physicians to coordinate patient care and facilitate appointments across specialties. - Supervise PTAs and provide guidance on exercise progressions and treatment planning within a culture that values open communication. - Participate in an organization committed to innovative care delivery, including digital monitoring and research-backed treatment approaches.
