This will include our multi-use space, video conferencing systems, digital signage, sound systems, and other related equipment.\nProvide expert-level support for AV systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.\nWork with Video Collaboration Business Group to test new products and troubleshoot issues\nPrepare and maintain our AV Inventory\nDevelop and maintain AV standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company requirements.\nCollaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.\nSupport Live Events with Technical needs for Webinars and Large Calls\nEvaluate new AV products and technologies, conduct pilot tests and provide recommendations for adoption.\nMaintain the AV and Hardware needs for our Customer Experience Centre, responding to customer specific setups in collaboration with Sales teams\nActively participate in the team meeting, share ideas and problems and solutions found.\n\nKey Qualifications\nFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:\nStrong Software and OS Knowledge\nWindows Troubleshooting skills\nExperience with Zoom, Google or O365 admin\nKnowledge of AV System administration\nGood hardware install, cabling and troubleshooting knowledge\nStrong troubleshooting skills, bug finding, and resolution\nGood awareness of various VC Tools, Teams, Zoom, Hangouts, Webex etc\nAV Design Experience\nGreat communication skills, comfortable working across multiple teams of varying technical skills\nFluent in English\n\nEducation:\n4 Year Degree or Equivalent Experience\n3+ Years Work Experience installing, maintaining and supporting AV\nHands on Experience of AV and Live Event Support.\nAV Hardware and Software Platform Experience( Teams/Zoom )\nVendor Management experience\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
