This is a high-impact strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced perioperative professional who brings system-level thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving quality, operational excellence, process improvement, and measurable outcomes.Position Highlights✔️ Competitive compensation: $192K - $288K (DOE) + bonus potential + relocation support✔️ Oversight of a growing perioperative program (7 ORs including robotics)✔️ Monday through Friday scheduled ~ as needed on weekends✔️ Leadership of 50 FTEs with strong charge nurse support structure✔️ Collaborative, physician-aligned environment with advanced surgical capabilities (robotics, ortho, spine, bariatrics, and more)✔️ Opportunity to drive staffing stabilization, operational efficiency, and program growthWhat You Will DoLead daily operations of surgical services, ensuring efficient, high-quality patient carePartner with surgeons, anesthesia, and clinical teams to optimize workflows and outcomesMentor, develop, and engage staff while building a strong team cultureDrive process improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory complianceOversee staffing, budgeting, and departmental performance metrics Ideal Background8-10 years of RN surgical service experience, including at least 6+ years of leadershipCA RN license prior to start date.
