As the Supervisor, you will oversee and be the point of contact for the staff members utilizing various Facilities related applications and programs including AutoCad and CAFM. The Facilities Supervisor will:Assist the Facilities team to ensure job responsibilities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures in order to meet established individual and collective productivity, quality, and timeliness goalsBe responsible for enhancing and streamlining the CAFM system for both the technician and customer side of the applicationCreate and deliver regular reports to department managementConduct regular meetings with IT to ensure open communication, mutual understanding of team and fulfillment site goals and objectivesDevelop and/or ensure that training and skill building aids are created and appropriately implementedPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and valuesWhat You'll BringAssociate's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of relevant work experienceKnowledge of applicable industry and regulatory guidelinesProficient in Excel and Word, AutoCad and CAFM systemsWhy You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
